IROSIN, Sorsogon - LOANS SPECIALIST

The Loans Specialist is primarily responsible for: 

the effective and efficient delivery of customer experience, acceptance of loan application; and the conduct of "Know Your Customer" and loans underwritingensuring that all loan applications recommended passes the requirement of a quality loan portfolio. The employee also performs marketing functions in assistance to the Team Leader for Sales and Team Assistant for Sales through doorstep banking.Performs fieldwork marketing for collection and promotion

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Do site/ area visits (Field work)Perform Sales and Marketing on bank's productsDo client engagement, perform product orientation, and other marketing strategies of the bank. Facilitate Loan Application to ClientsVerify and check the validity and authenticity of loan application document attachmentsReview Loan Application Forms; evaluate loan application, perform follow-ups if necessaryPerform credit backgroundEnsures efficient loan document preparation and loan processingFacilitate approval of loan applicationMonitor loan application statusMake sure to do accurate, complete and timely loan report preparation and submission. Make sure to accurately monitor loans to achieve low to zero past due rate.Ensure all releases are billed and duly deducted on the identified effectivity dateAssist in collection activitiesAct as reliever in the absence of the regular Teller

Qualifications:

Resident of IROSIN or NEARBY AREASWith or without experienceGraduate of 4-year course, ideally business-related coursesExperience on credit-related jobs is a great advantageVery good Microsoft Office Application ProficiencyGood marketing skillsGood Judgement skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsVery good human relations skills and Customer FocusResults drivenGood Stress ToleranceStrong sales dispositionDriving skills with driver's license for 2-wheel & 4 wheel vehicle
