Custodian of legal corporate files.
Maintains a standardized filing system.
Organizes and monitors corporate files/folders through regular inventory of documents.
Updates records on a daily basis.
Manages data archiving.
Locates and retrieves requested files.
Prepares legal document indices, file folders, and labels.
Perform other clerical duties such as drafting of documents, research, printing/photocopying/scanning.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
With relevant work experience
With good written and oral communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
