The Teller – SS2 is accountable in receiving and processing New Placement and withdrawal transactions for SS2 Accounts and assists Team Assistant for Operations – SS2 in document preparation and filing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs CIS Creation for New Placement Accounts and insures completeness and accuracy of client informationBalancing of total amount of time deposit with in the dayEnsures completeness and proper filing of all Placement documentsPrepares and forwards passbook transmittal to East West Unibank and ensures proper accounting EWB passbookAssists Team Assistant for SS2 in receiving Time Deposit transactions and Placement documents filingEnsures that the transmittal sheet/ Acknowledge receipt must return once received by the EWB thru courierActs as Teller reliever in the absence of the Regular TellerJob Qualifications and Competencies Requirement:
