Job Summary (Accounting Assistant Manager)

-Responsible for monitoring and managing daily function in the accounting department including supervision of staff

State of Duties

Conduct periodic cash countReporting on Monthly AR/AP ReportReconciliation of AR/AP every monthIn charge of coding/ encoding the general account into GLVerifies /checking of daily cheque paymentsVerifies adjusting entries in the absence of AGM -Admin & AccountingMonitoring and managing the ordering of accounting supplies

Basic Relationship

Reports to the AGM -Admin & Accounting

Qualification

Accountancy graduate, CPA or Non-CPAAt least 2 or 3 years in general accountingWilling to work on-site in Paranaque
