Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for Collections Associates (B2C) who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:

You will be processing AR transactions such as billing, adjustments, write-offs, and posting customer payments, gathering, and analyzing financial information and collections.You will be tracking and reconciling daily/monthly AR balance and ensuring the accuracy of invoices in the AR system (manually encoded or through interface).You may be asks to investigate situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict.You will be generating repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree holders in Accounting or Business-related coursesMust have at least 1 year of work experience in hard core collections preferably business-to-consumer collections (B2C)Amenable to work in Boni, MandaluyongWilling to go back on-site once recalled

Good to have skills:
