JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of accounting or any business course (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
· Knowledgeable in basic accounting entries.
· Knowledgeable in excel basic commands, high speed and accuracy in typing.
· Positive attitude and with good communication skills
· At least with background in SAP
· Ability to communicate with people both verbal and in writing.
JOB DEscriptIONS
· Receiving of documents from other departments for review/validation
· Recording of expenses and transmittal of corresponding attachments to the concerned departments.
· Reconciliation of disputes through communication with sales and marketing persons for unauthorized expense deducted.
· Email /verbal communication with trade accounts for the collection of unauthorized expense.
