As OneAston's Front Desk Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Admin Department, as well as other departments when needed. You will welcome guests positively, maintaining discretion and confidentiality. 

This position reports to the Development and Delivery Centre Director.

Job Description:

Front Desk Function

Welcomes / receives visitors of the Company and directing them appropriatelyMonitors all visitors for the day and their arrival and departure timeReceives, distributes and files incoming letters, billings, invoices, documents and/or other communicationsNotifies company personnel of visitor arrivalAs a first point of contact, alert the management or Country Manager of any incidences that may pose a security risk to the office and its employeesGate-pass processing

General Administrative Function

Point person / Representative to coordinate with Building administration / Property Management OfficeMeeting room reservationsMonitors the cleanliness and maintenance of office areasMaintaining office suppliesProvides administrative support to departmentsTalent Acquisition SupportAssist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Country Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, or any related courseAt least 2-3 years’ work experience as Front Desk / Front Office Staff or Admin AssistantKnowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office 365)Uphold a warm and amicable working environmentProfessional, enthusiastic, responsible, motivated, dedicated, detail oriented and driven personalityShould be smart and possess a pleasing personalityExcellent communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExtraordinary multitasking skill and good time management skillsCapable of working under minimal supervision
