We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President - Funds Product Manager
To grow the investments business (managed solutions) of WPB in income and volume by providing products management support, customer programs, and selling proposition guidelines covering all market segments serviced by HIIB and HSBC wealth management team.

In this role, you will:
· Contributes to new product development by closely engaging with HIIB sales leadership team to ensure continuous pipeline of appropriate products for premier and non-premier segment
· Provision of sales support initiatives such as internal product launches, training support for bank RMs, Wealth RMs, and product rollout to other branch and bank officers
· Manage cross-sell and up-sell strategy of wealth products through portfolio management of premier and non-premier clients
· Assists in monitoring, gauging, and managing funds product profitability and efficiency, by identifying opportunities to improve financial planning and referral process.
· Ensure managed investment products adherence to internal policies and government regulations
· Coordinates with ASP by liaising with ASP counterpart on products and best practices in the region, ensuring compliance to ASP guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Subject matter expert in the wealth business in the Philippines particularly managed investment products such as UITFs and Mutual Funds.
· Knowledge and experience of Product Management and Project Management procedures
· Knowledge of local regulatory requirements related to UITF and Mutual Funds
· Ability to translate global, regional and local priorities to product management activities in the country
· Ability to make decisions including when under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Experience of working in highly regulated and complex international organisation
· Ability to balance multiple competing demands to find the best solutions and Innovative thinker
