The Branch Sales Associate is responsible for:
Handling new accounts opening, receipt of utility and loan collection, and other related tasks in the most courteous manner.Handling DepEd loan clients, encoding CIF in BOS Loans System.evaluating credit worthiness of DepEd loan clients, preparation of loan transaction media for approval.Preparation of loan documents of approved DepEd loan clients, safekeeping, and maintenance of loan documents.Conduct pre-opening activitiesNew Accounts Functions: Service New Accounts ApplicationFacilitate request or issuance of checkbook re-order.Conduct a review of all pending loan transactions.Service DepEd Loan ClientsSafekeeping of documentsQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Educational Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably a Business-related courseWith at least 1 year of experience as a customer service representative, new accounts, or teller functionsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Knowledge of basic accountingBasic computer skillsGood oral and written English communication skillsAbove-average customer relationsHigh level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracyOrganized and systematicExcellent attention to detailStrong sales skills are a plus
