Responsible for assisting the Operational Risk Management Unit Head in implementing the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) framework and Strategy by conducting monitoring and risk analysis of assigned business/ support units of the Bank.
The duties and responsibilities we will trust you with include but are not limited to:
Liaises with BCP coordinators for the timely receipt of applicable BCP reports/ requirements.Review the BCP reports/ requirements for the completeness, consistency, compliance and validity of risk mitigants/action points in addressing the BCP matters.Recommends changes/enhancements in the BCP framework.Reviews and recurring BCP issue/concern, and recommends preventive measures.Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course or equivalent. Post-graduate degree or units is preferred but not required.At least 3 years of experience in Operational Risk Management or Business Continuity Management/Planning in a bank.Must be willing to report onsite and be assigned in Ortigas
