Job QualificationsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations, operational risk management, business continuity management or audit2+ years of management experience with demonstrated leadership skills and strategic ability to execute a risk assessment functionKnowledge in Credit Risk reporting and analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willing to work in Bonifacio Global CityJob Description Identify potential business operational risks Establish AGPI’s risk management framework Reports risk management activities to the Risk oversight Committee on a quarterly basisCollaborating with all departments to draft an operational risk assessment, and to build efficient and effective division of responsibilities.Lead all Risk Assessment Activities by managing tracking and reporting tools to ensure Risk Assessment deliverable timelines are met and consistent reporting is produced.Creates Risk Management PoliciesManaging Operational risks, Audits & BCM activities.Responsible for the company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). Create a BCP and DRP strategy that leverages existing efforts and best practices.Update BCP policies and procedures to ensure plans are developed to maintain and/or restore business processes within the required timescales following interruption to, or failure of, critical business processes.Drive and develop the content of the BCP/DRP documentation for core operational areas, which includes business resumption, recovery, restoration, and disaster recovery plans that allow for business continuation in the event of disruptions or disasters.Coordinate the BCP testing programs and actively participate in testing scenarios. Work closely with the IT team to ensure their disaster recovery plans for critical systems and applications are consistent with the plans developed.Analyze technology risk self-assessments, key risk indicators, cybersecurity and information security events, and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes and controls. Effective handling of the Credit Risk Management (CRM) framework of the Company and other risk areas assignedevaluate long term implications and consequences of strategic business decisions and recommend appropriate alternatives for risk managementHelping develop processes to better evaluate business-specific riskLead initiatives across the organization to deliver companywide business risk management transformations
