The Service Manager is the person in charge of the over-all operations of the store as the primary channel in servicing customers’ requirements.
He/she is expected to:
provide excellent customer service, compliant to internal control/policies as well as regulatory – BSP and AMLC requirementensure that all policies, procedures and internal controls are being implementedmay also be involved in the cross selling and internal marketing efforts of the storeassist in the internal marketing thrust of the storeconduct store cost analysis and recommend alternative courses of actin to achieve cost effectivenessassist in achieving Store’s profitability targetJob Requirements:
College graduate, preferably any Business or Accounting-related courseAt least five (5) years supervisory experience focusing on Branch OperationsPreferably Assistant Managers / Managers from another bank with similar experienceAnalytical and results-drivenCustomer service oriented and with good leadership skillsAmenable to be assigned in our Metro Manila stores
