Job Summary
Provide support and assistance to the PAD Manager in achieving the department's goals and effectiveness, including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, janitorial services, medical and dental services, shuttle service, courier services, telecommunications services, water and electricity, and other administrative services.
Specific responsibilities and duties:
Personnel Services
Recruitment
Provide qualified manpower resources through efficient sourcing and screening of applicants.Administrative Services
Ensures that manpower agency contracts, medical contracts, and dental services contracts are renewed on time and their services are properly rendered.Ensures that canteen, clinic, courier, and shuttle services are well rendered to employees.Ensures that all service vehicles assigned to the Plant are well taken cared of and in good running condition to serve the needs of the Plant.Planning and Organizing
PAD Generalist must submit a draft PAD annual budget to the PAD Manager.Organize company-sponsored meetings, seminars, and programs and activities.Preventive maintenance of service vehicles.Leading and Controlling
Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures and the Code of Conduct.Provide assistance to Section Supervisors in productivity improvement programs.Problem Solving
Provide information and assist Section Supervisors in solving personnel-related problems.Job Qualifications
At least a 4-year a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or Business ManagementAt least 5 years of experience in human resources and administration.Knowledgeable in:Personnel administrationRecords managementEmployee DisciplineSafety compliance
