Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all functions related to movement of money into the organization - payroll processing, participant and group implementations for payroll set up, new business/account set up, GPS set up/rebalance, Lock Box processing, Internal Transfers, Corrections both participant and group, and TOV ProcessingUAT for relevant applicationsSMEs for business requirementsParticipate in remediation effortsClearing suspenseManage support mailboxesMake outbound participant NIGO calls - resources available to answer support hotlines for call centerBot monitoring and reportingQualifications:
