Sales ManagerSale Engineers(FDAS, Access Control, CCTV, PABX, PABGM, Structured Cabling, Intercom)We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for our security and auxiliary brands.Job DescriptionDetermine and implement the department's sales strategy.Proactive sales and lead generation.Site survey and liaise with client to select right solution.Liaise and maintain good relationship with network, clients, architects, consultants, engineers, etc.Representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, and seminarsInvolved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design and project execution.Ensure smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time frame and quality standards.QualificationsResults orientated, self motivated team player with good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.Knowledgeable in security/telecom systems such as FDAS, Access Control, CCTV, PABX, PABGM, Structured Cabling.Demonstrated strong leadership, relationship-building, and relationship management skillsTeam player is a must and ability to work in a rapid paced and changing environmentOutstanding oral, written and verbal communication/presentation skillsStrong negotiation skills Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required, specifically: Word, Excel, PowerPointHigh level of comfort in communicating with every level of an organization from top level executives to field personnelStrong business acumen and entrepreneurial spiritApplicants must be willing to work in Quezon City and able to travel if requested.
