Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute critical reports for executive management and auditResearch information used in special reports and projects unique to the departmentWork with budget reports and determine variances that support expendituresCoordinate temporary personnel and tracking of organizational staffCoordinate team activities, facilities upkeep and phone log reporting and daily correspondenceResponsible for confidentiality in working with executive level informationMaintain office supplies and equipment for the various departmentsRun department errands gathering various items used within the areaQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 4+ years of directly related work experience.2 years experience in reporting and analysis, and in handling various ad hoc projects and assignmentsReporting backgroundAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, Visio, Powerpoint, Excel, and WordEffective communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonalMust be amenable to work on a NightshiftHow to apply?
