Technical Sales Executive (Electrical Engineer)

Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with a leading power generation company investing in renewable energy, and is based in Quezon City, in their search for a JUNIOR/SENIOR TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.

Responsibilities:

Set and achieve individual and team’s sales targets and quotas.Generate high-quality sales leadsCoordinate sales efforts with marketing programsMeet up or visit clients to present the company, solutions, and servicesCollaborate with Pre-Sales, Design Engineers, and Technical teams to develop aligned solutions and strategies that optimize value for both the client and the companyPrepare technical and financial proposals and documents ensuring completeness, comprehensiveness, and complianceNegotiate contracts with clients, distributors and manufacturers to increase valuePresent solutions that address client’s requirementsFollow up with clients and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standardsPursue additional business development opportunities with clients for long-term partnershipHelp customers who have problems with installed products/solutions and recommending improved or upgraded devices or systemsOther tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time consistent with this position and the job description and duties set out hereinReporting to Head of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, advantage if a Licensed Engineer.With at least 3 years of industry experience in a Business to Business (B2B), Large/Strategy Customer Segment / Business Development /Sales & Marketing of Low Voltage to High Voltage electrical equipment and services or related products/services and/or related industry.Technical Knowledge of the products and services offered by the companyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead/manage conference callsExcellent influence, negotiation and presentation SkillsMust have critical and analytical thinking, time management and problem solving skillsPerformance-driven and Goal-oriented attitudeWilling to work in Quezon City: on-site and field work.
