The team is growing and currently seeking a highly motivated customer sales representative. You will play a critical role within the Business sales team, which is incredibly fast paced and exciting opportunity to provide best in class solution to the Business community.

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity to articulate value proposition and competitive differentiator to key decision makersThe opportunity to manage the relationships of key B2B accountsProactively participate in the up-selling and raising awareness of various Telecom products and services

The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Call B2B customers to offer reliable & effective Business Solutions (Phone access, Internet, additional feature access)Assess client needs and adapt marketing strategies to tailor business solutions.Provide the best customer experience in the industry.

Core competencies and skills:

Candidate must have excellent communications skills and be a ‘people’ person.Candidate must have a strong and solid B2B sales background of at least 3-5 years.Candidate must have the comfort level to make cold calls and speak to C-level executives.Candidate understands the importance of sales funnel development Candidate is result oriented with capability to achieve deadlines and close deals.Ambitious, enthusiastic, and high-performing team player who can work cross-functionallyHas a good understanding of the latest technology & willingness to learn Generate and convert prospects from outbound activities and inquiries into potential sales opportunitiesManage data input for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged in the company’s CRM tools, and all information are accurateExplain client products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needsDevelop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospectsAchieve or exceed monthly sales quotaExperience in using MS Dynamics 365 and other CRM is an advantage
