Recruits, develops and maintains Loan Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts recruitment activities for new Loan ConsultantsConducts orientation and training programs for new Loan Consultants.Develops newly recruited Loan ConsultantsCoaches, counsels and motivates new Loan ConsultantsProvides direction and guidance to new Loan Consultants.Prepares New Loan Consultants Recruitment Report.Prepares report about commission and incentives of new Loan Consultants.Handles concerns and inquiries of new Loan ConsultantsPerforms other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned from time to timeKey Requirements:
Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or MarketingPreferably with financing background, auto and truck sales background, or consumer loans banking background.Has good communication skills (both written and oral), management skills, problem solving skills and people handling skills.Should be persuasive, assertive, creative and results-orientedHas the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.Should have strong leadership ability and teamwork skills.With good attention to details and accuracyWilling to do fieldwork.
