It’s the only way to deliver the total reliability and digital transformation necessary in our constantly changing world.  Position Summary: The Regional Audit, Risk and Compliance (ARC) Specialist shall support the Regional Audit Lead in the execution of the Audit programs in the Region. This role will execute audit readiness (Corporate audit and Client audit) activities in the assigned scope. This includes detailed review of existing controls compliance with contractual, central and local requirements through the effective use of controls, checks, audits and risk management processes. The jobholder will be expected to support continuous improvement in the company’s internal control framework and will participate in both internal and external audits activities.  Overall Responsibilities:  Carry out the audit readiness activities as assigned by the Regional Audit Lead according to established timeline and quality levelExecute internal audit project and deliverablesPerform the review of internal controls, processes and recommend possible improvementsConduct review of internal policies and procedures and provide best practices recommendationParticipate in probing activities that relate to any possible gaps and risk identified during the review processCoordinate and participate in Corporate, Client and External engagements as mandated by Regional Audit leadMaintain key stakeholder relationships and act as a liaison between the department and key business partners/business executives across the companyProvide back up support to Regional Risk Lead when neededProvide back up support to Regional Compliance Lead when neededSupport and consistently represent the ARC brand of providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice and insightResponds to inquiries and consultation requestsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent requiredMinimum 3 years’ experience in external and/or internal Audit, Compliance programs and Risk management.Understanding of the COSO framework, internal controls design and evaluation methodsProficient written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience in working remotely with various geographiesExperience in functioning in a global team environment and working on multiple engagementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to engage and work well at all levels in the organizationExperience working in a highly detail-oriented environment, demonstrating a high degree of diligence and accountabilitySelf-motivated and reliable to meet deadlinesCreative / Proactive in thinking about a bigger picture and how we can improve as a companyAmenable to work flexible hoursMay travel about 15% of the time as necessary to ensure minimum presence at the relevant sites  Physical Demands & Work Environment:    While performing the duties of this job the employee requires mobility, the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols as well as hand/eye coordination.
