Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle TPA relationshipsProcess agreements, pay invoices and collections, update systems, and research issuesImplement agreementsUAT for relevant applicationsSMEs for business requirementsParticipate in remediation effortsManage support mailboxesQualifications:
Flexible work arrangementMust have at least 3 - 5 years related experience in the retirement industry or in Third Party Administration activitiesStrong analytical skills to identify gaps and solutions that will impact the relationship and be able to research problems and gather information from numerous sources (Ops, Law, IT systems, regions, client).Strong customer/client service skillsStrong understanding of group products and assetsExperience interacting with TPA agreement insertions and changes, invoices, and account payable/receivablesExperience in TPA fees, billings, and communication with the clientMust be amenable to work on a NightshiftHow to apply?
