Troubleshooting, regular service & special service

Prepare service report after servicing

Deliver parts and invoices to the client

To do routine works in the service section (Parts inquiry, trouble calls, service quotations, inspection, and project coordination)

Monitor projects with PM Contracts and under warranty

Request parts, materials, and tools needed for repair, preventive maintenance, and special service

Monitor and submit billings and invoices after the PM and special service was rendered

Collect payment and review collectibles

Prepare billing request for subcontractor's payment

Monitor and prepare parts ordering

Any task that may be assigned by a superior related to servicing

Graduate of BS ME or any engineering course

Excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and

Filipino

With or without experience in the engineering field

Preferably with a background in Machinery and Tools repair

Must be computer literate
