Candidate Associate Unit Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide expert financial advice through sound financial planning and recommend risk management initiatives to protect clients’ financial assets.Provide insurance-based financial solutions which match clients’ needs and personal and business goals.Complete administrative tasks including maintaining client records, handling policy renewals, policy delivery, claims, etc.Continuously build client pool through collaborative relationships with prospects, networking and referrals, corporate partnerships, etc.Align with the unit’s production and recruitment goals by building a sustainable business and constantly pursuing recruitment leads. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.Experience in Sales and/or Finance is a plus, but not necessary.At least 1 year working experience.Must have good command of the English language, written or verbal.Experience in the field of Insurance or Bancassurance is a plus.
