JOB SUMMARY
You will primarily be responsible for the artwork and applying designs across a range of media, so an eye for detail and the ability to work fast and faultlessly are both essential. You’ll also be directly involved in the creative design process for projects from start to finish, take initiative and responsibility to contribute to quality deliverables and high stakeholders’ satisfaction, work with the rest of the team to develop ideas and solutions for the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Study design briefs and determine requirementsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by handUse the appropriate colors, font and layouts for each graphic assignedWork with other graphic designer and campaign coordinator to produce final designTest graphics across various mediaAmend designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandProper documentation of task, files and assetsREPORTING RELATIONSHIP

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalentExperience:
Prior experience in an established E-commerce retail company or Creative Agency in the same capacityTechnical Skills:
Skills in graphic design and illustrationFamiliarity with Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects) and other image and video editing applicationsSoft Skills:
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlinesA keen eye for aesthetics and detailsPortfolio of graphic designInnovative and can follow current trendsHave leadership experience in school activities
