The Employee Communication and Engagement Multimedia Design Specialist works to translate business needs into compelling visual design solutions across a variety of platforms including web, video and print.Degree in Multimedia, Graphic and Media Design, Fine/Visual Art, and relevant degrees or diplomasMust have experience in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communication Arts or other related fieldsKnowledge of digital design, video production, and website development standardsUnderstanding of social media marketing Must be proficient with various software applications programs including creative authoring tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML 5, Adobe Flash and Microsoft Office programsGood oral and written communications skillsWorking knowledge on Digital MarketingKnowledgeable in brand & style guide managementCopywriting is a plus
