Responsibilities
• Coordinate properly with Client’s designated contact person/s for the resolution of hardware and software related problems and checking of equipment upgrade.
• General check-up of equipment as needed
• Network Client Connectivity
• Software installation or re-installation (licensed software only and Client’s standard software)
• Configuration of software drivers of peripheral items
• Virus Scanning and removal
• Basic diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware defects
• Knowledgeable in Imaging tools
• Restoration of files from Backup System when necessary
• Replacement of defective parts
• Coordinate warranty claims, repair or replacement for those units still under warranty with other supplier
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with the appropriate vendor maintenance provider and end- user
