Creative Graphic Designer

Work on a wide range of graphic design projects and media for the LNRT & IP Marketing TeamWork on the Content Team to examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilitiesObtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriatelyWork independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projectsUpdate and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3+ years’ experience (academic and professional-preferred) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc. Familiarity with Canva  Familiarity with Microsoft Office Knowledge  Experience in video editing/motion graphic 3+ years in professional graphic design, with a creative or marketing agency preferredKnowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing softwareExceptional Creativity Strategic, organize and with excellent time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborative / Can work across variety of channel (all kinds of marketing material) Excellent communication/verbal skills
