[The Role]

Your mission is to help build fantastic digital products that will help our users achieve their desired outcomes efficiently and intuitively.

Reporting to the VP Engineering, you'll be working alongside with our team of 17 software engineers, product managers, testers and user experience designers to realise our product vision through an agile development model.

Here’s what you can expect in this role with us:

Oversee and manage entire product lifecycle, from identifying user needs, planning the business case to creating highly functional product and services.Develop a deep understanding of the organisation’s user experiences and journeysAssist in gathering functional & technical requirements from various stakeholders & decompose the requirements into individual ticketsCollaborate closely with our product owners, software engineers and UI/UX designers using the product management frameworkPlan and analyse the business logic & ensure that the product is able to address the required use cases, while accounting for potential failures and edge cases across all touch-points.

React, Typescript, SASS, Redux for frontend work.Node.js, GraphQL for our service code.MongoDB, ElasticSearch for storage and indexing.Kubernetes, Docker and Github Actions for continuous integration and delivery.Google Cloud for underlying infrastructure.Puppeteer, Playwright & Selenium for testing.

Required:

Minimum 2 years of software product management experienceStrong command of the English Language (written & spoken)Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectivelyExcellent grasp of the latest digital technologies, user experience designs and research techniquesExhibits forward thinking ability and have a good eye for detail and design

Good To Have:

Prior UI/UX experience (e.g. ability to ideate, test & validate solutions/ building mockups on Figma)Prior product development experience in consumer-facing products or internal business tools.
