As the Specialist IT Administration of Jet Aviation you will be responsible for providing 1st level remote support and some local desktop support for the global user community within Jet Aviation.
Responsibilities:
Provides 1st Level remote service desk support and some local desktop support to internal global usersInstall, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite and other applications as assignedResponsible for day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 Azure cloudHandle and track Incident, Requests, Tasks, Problem and Changes in ITSM ServiceNowTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain, and update technical support documentation.Support in the testing and installation of new applications and enhancement patches.Requirements
