about the jobResponsible for the continuous enhancement and management of 7-Eleven and its proprietary brands such as City Cafe, Crunch Time, Slurpee, Gulp, etc., including strategic use and development of communication channels to engage the target market and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand and advertising strategy and development for proprietary brands.Drive brand development through research and monitoring of market trends and competition.Supervise, train, and manage the Brand Communications team (composed of 8 pax) to optimize performance.Ensure on-time and complete roll-out of POP and media requirements for product launches and other activations.Improve work processes to increase efficiency of implementation plans.Monitor and analyze results of promotional materials and advertising campaignsDrive market research and strategic planning to support brand development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the implementation of brand initiatives and promotions and various agencies to plan and execute campaigns.Develop the annual plan, budget, and yearly calendar of activities.Ensure that projects and campaigns are within budget, media spend is cost effective, and initiatives meet set targets and ROI metrics.Manage all customer facing communications such Advertising, Digital, PR, Corporate Communications, and Crisis Communications for 7-Eleven.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any business courseAt least 8 years experience in advertising, brand management, and/or marketing communications planning. Experienced in managing a teamData-driven, analytical, and insightfulExcellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and networking skillsSelf-motivated, innovative, and tenaciousOrganized, detail-oriented, and with a strong background in project management
