Ensures 100% response time in all of Chef Corner Meat Outlet’s social media platforms. Closure of inquiries must be attended within 30 minutes from time of customer inquiry.Manages the day-to-day handling of the brand’s social media channels (e.g., publishing posts, updating information, etc.)Utilizes analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor, evaluate the brand’s online performance and recommends action plans.Ideation

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The role is primarily office-based but would have provisions for work from home arrangements.Some fieldwork will be required during store visits and to check on in-store marketing activities.The number of working hours is fixed but the actual hours may adjust based on operational requirements.
