Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.Monitor monthly website performance and document all recommendation for improvement.Efficiently communicate with other SEO professionals to align goals.Collaborate with others within the SEO department to manage SEO strategy.Recommendation on the content and adjusting website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.Minimum Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search ConsoleExperience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl, Semrush, AHREFS, etc.Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.Experience in reporting to management, making recommendations for improvements and provide rationale behind those recommendations.Experience in Microsoft Excel for processing dataKnowledge of keyword research and data minding toolsUnderstanding of search engine algorithm behavior and ranking methods.Ability to use CMS platform like Wordpress.Understanding of browser-based development tools (Lighthouse, GTmetrics, Dataslayer, Tag Assistant, etc.)Knowledge of other marketing activities that impact SEO performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis.Willing to work full time on-site, 6 days a week; 10am-7pm
