JOB DEscriptION

Duties and Responsibilities:

●     Customer Service

○     Managing Gorgias dashboard

○     Responding to all inbound enquiries within same business day, including enquiries regarding

■     Product information (materials / fit)

■     Supplier information

■     Brand values

■     Returns and exchanges, including any faulty products

■     Order amendments

■     Shipping enquiries

■     Stock level enquiries

■     Customer complaints and feedback

○     Responding to Yotpo reviews

○     Proactive outbound correspondence with customers about address or payments issues

○     Ensuring the TWOOBS tone of voice is used in all communications

○     Issuing of gift vouchers when purchased

●     Warehouse liaison

○     Stock and order status enquiries

○     Order amendments before dispatch (address / item changes / cancellation of order) - Pre order coordination - in conjunction with Ops Mgr

○     Processing returns - in conjunction with Ops Mgr

●     Community Management

○     Instagram

■     Ensuring there is an interaction with every post / comment across all TWOOBS accounts

■     Answering any customer enquiries left as comments on the platform - Reposting and ensuring we have author permission to do so

○     Facebook

■     Ensuring there is an interaction with every post / comment

■     Answering any customer enquiries left as comments on the platform

○     Tiktok

■     Ensuring there is an interaction with every post / comment

Qualifications and Experience:

●     At least 2+ years of experience in responding to customer inquiries through social media platforms/website, ideally for a product-based business

●     Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

●     Experience in Social Media Management (community engagement, posting), Email Management

●     High attention to details and is organized

●     Excellent problem-solving skills

●     Positive attitude and playful personality

●     Solutions focused approach to assisting customers

●     Fully integrated in being a part of a team/Team player

●     Can easily adapt to any culture/environment

●     Experience using Shopify/Gorgias

●     Interested in sustainable fashion
