Reporting directly to the Head of MS Product Ops & Insights

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Solution Strategy

Be the expert in Marketing Solutions of solution/s handled – features, setup, technicalities, troubleshootingShould act as the main consultant for the solutions he/she handles internally (for MS teammates and other internal stakeholders)Have a good understanding of the platform’s paid solutions to be able to position handled solutions’ unique selling proposition (USP) properlyDrive the success of the solution by knowing its target market (what type of brands/sellers should be using it) and by continuously working with other MS teams to improve key metrics (investment rate, solution/s revenue, sellers using the solution/s, spend per seller, etc)Drive the holistic strategy on initiatives needed to increase solution adoption, activation, and spend per seller. Support this strategy with buy-in from other MS teams, supported with necessary incentive programs (to sellers) and communications

Solution Operations

Be the main Project Management Officer for everything related to the solution/s managed – including User Acceptance Tests for new solutions, new feature rollouts, attribution/tech/algorithm updatesBe the main PIC for major workstreams related to the solution/s handled, and lead matrix project teams and work with key internal stakeholders (local and regional) as necessaryCoordinate with different teams internally, e.g.:

Regional MS Product Ops for new features/upgrades, new solutions, PH response/possible reaction of PH sellers

Commercial partners for solution cascades, operations performance (e.g. active sellers per cluster/segment) and help needed

Monitor performance metrics across the different solutions and identify benchmarks, best practices, and points for improvement

Qualifications & Skills

2-3 years of experience in project management, product marketingDigital marketing/Advertising experience is a plusAttention to detail, and good analytical skills to be able to look at the right metrics to drive strategy and action plansAgile and can quickly think of recommendations based on performance trendsStrong communication skills, and a firm/strong personality to be able to represent the team to internal stakeholdersStrong project management and coordination skills to be able to liaise with different internal teams – can juggle multiple projects at the same timeEntrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality, and timely delivery of workWillingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
