We are currently the leading brand of natural & organic cosmetics and personal/home care products in the country today. Join our team as our Brand PR and Influencer Relationship Manager. Overall, this position is responsible for effectively developing and successfully implementing the PR/media and influencer relationship of Human Nature, in line with the brand strategy as well as its individual category strategies (ex. Hair Care, Face Care, Sustainability, etc.). We see her as a : Catalyst, someone to drive the ideas, strategy and activities that will enable the brand to be known among key media personnel and publications, influencers/ endorsers/experts specially on the growing digital world.Gifted communicator, able to break down brand strategy to language and communication plans/materials that will effectively connect to our identified stakeholders. Networker as the Brand Representative, able to reach out and connect while being a true advocate of the brand and its values.Qualifications:Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field.Hands on experience leading consumer PR campaignsDynamic persona and charisma, rooted on integrity and sharing same values as Human NatureProven ability to develop and successfully implement communications strategies.A strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams with highly developed teamwork skillsUnderstanding of emerging trends and technologies influencing earned mediaAgency work experience a plus as well as effectively partnering with PR agency as client to achieve sustainable high performanceWilling to work onsite in our Quezon City office but with 1-2 days integrated work from home set up
