Finance Analyst

Experience your best self with URC!  Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Finance Analyst. The Finance Analyst will be performing a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You should have a strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. What are the Roles and Responsibilities?Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports;Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reportsAssisting with budgeting and monthly close processes;Understanding key business drivers;Assisting project teams with financial guidance;Developing financial projections and building financial models;Performing research and analysis as required; andEnsuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.What are the Qualifications?Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.Preferably a Certified Public Accountant.Working knowledge of financial strategies.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Detail-oriented and with strong analytical skills.Willing to work on a hybrid work set-up (mostly WFH).COMPANY OVERVIEWUniversal Robina Corporation (URC) is one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies in the Philippines.
