Procurement Supervisor

Major Function: Conduct bidding for projects or approved PRs for IT, NEO, MDU/HRH, and FACILITY requirements.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct RFP and RFQ Bidding Process.Assist the Manager/ AM in negotiating with the vendor.Ensure all purchases are within budget and properly supported (ex. TOR, FYA, PR, MRSB, etc.) before creating a PO.Track delivery of materials and/or completion of services and provide regular update to end-user.Manage vendor related concerns like accreditation process and evaluation of performance.Submit regular reports to superior(PR status, savings, SLA, etc.).Resolve all issues related to vendor.Ensure compliance to all Procurement Processes and Corporate Governance.Position Qualifications:College graduate of Business, IT or Engineering courseAt least 3 years experience as supervisor in Supply Chain (preferably in ICT or BPO industry)Knowledge in Supply Chain particularly Procurement and Vendor Relation processCompetencies, Skills & other specific requirements:Proficient in Microsoft Application and ERP systemTeam player requiring minimal supervisionWith good analytical skills and integrity
