Responsibilities:
Implement subdivision development and housing construction in accordance with plans, specifications, cost and schedule.Responsible for monitoring the house construction at the site, assisting the project engineers in land development works and ensuring the quality and productivity of the project.External and Internal communication works.Requirements:
Licensed Civil EngineerAt least 2 years of experience in land development and housing constructionKnows how to deal with contractors in siteAdept in computer applications and with good numerical abilityMust be keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethicsPossesses a dynamic personality, able to deal with all levels in the organizationWith good communication and negotiation skillsApplicants must be willing to work in projects located in Batangas, and Cavite areas (company staff house provided)
