Facilitate new hire training, upskill training, skill building, refreshers, and other facilitator-led sessions.Coach agents/trainees on their opportunities and things they need to continue doingAttend calibration sessions with internal and external participants – TLs, SMEs, ClientsBe the POC for Communications Skills related training/refreshers and activitiesAssist Operations in mentoring and guiding agents to meet their KPI goalsTake escalated calls if neededTake calls and answer emails if necessaryOther tasks assignedAt least 1 year experience as trainer for Communication SkillsAt least 2 years BPO/Contact Center experienceKnowledgeable in module creation for both Communications and Process training – interactive materials
