Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or any Behavioral Sicence related course
● At least 3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
● Must have the ability to lead a full training cycle
● Great interpersonal and communications skills
● Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR practices
Key Competencies:
● Highly skilled in public speaking
● Has excellent communication skills both verbal and written
● With strong leadership planning, organization and time management skills
● Must be analytical and good with problem solving and multi-tasking
● Passionate and knowledgeable of the Company's products/ brands
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. evaluate employees and identify weaknesses.
2. Identify training needs.
3. Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths.
4. Build quarterly and annual training programs.
5. Prepare a budget for training programs and workshops.
6. Track employee success and progress.
7. Update recruiting procedures or create a new procedure.
8. Supervise the recruiting team.
9. Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
10. Other related tasks as assigned.
