At least 6 yrs. of proven experience in cost estimation and quantity take off gained within a general construction contracting company of AAA or AAAA categoryAt least 4 yrs. of meaningful field construction experienceBS Civil Engineering graduate, MSc graduate preferredQuantity surveying knowledge, conversant with the usual commercial terms of general construction contractsIn depth knowledge in costing preliminaries and indirect costs.
