TRAINING AND QUALITY MANAGER
Job Role:
Ensure appropriate staffing and utilization of the Training and Quality staff.Select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports.Identify and assess quality and training misalignmentsDeliver training using contemporary training and assessment methodologies which are in keeping with company standards.Act as a primary point of contact and performance consultant for training and quality functions, partnering with program management within assigned accounts.Ensures that Quality related activities are continuously done to help Operations improve performanceDevelop process improvement plans to improve quality of services according to client expectations.of the company.Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in any fieldAt least 2 years’ experience in operational management/lead.At least 4 years in Training or 5 years in Quality Management role.Experience in a BPO environment.Amenable to work on site in Pasay City.
