Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer preferably with 5-10 years experience inSubdivision Development and Building Construction.
With strong leadership qualities that will foster teamwork and create positive work environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.Willing to work in Nueva Vizcaya and IsabelaApplicants from Nueva Vizcaya and Isabela are preferred.Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings, roads, etc.Adheres to construction laws and environmental constraints and visiting construction sites to monitor the building process.Work closely with construction workers to ensure quality of the project.Obtain construction permits, determine the proper budget and personnel needed to complete the project.Reports to Management to notify them on budgeting needs or setbacks during the construction process.
