Trainer for HR Leadership Development

This position acts as a company Organization Development Consultant multiple sites. Responsible for delivery of all OD interventions and stakeholder management. Manages multiple projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

Responsible for providing leadership and staff development in accordance with company set policies and proceduresResponsible for strategic planning and organization development relative to employee development; and coordinates staff development and training opportunitiesAnalyzes data using statistical methods and applications, to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of workplace programs, aligned to performance management, succession and development activities.Diagnoses potential organizational problem areas.Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Must be amenable to a temporary hybrid set-upMust be amenable to move in between Metro Manila sited to facilitate training classes when neededMust be amenable to work in a fixed nightshift/graveyard shiftMust have experience in 2 or more, or ideally, all of the following areas: organizational development - diagnosis, design and implementation; training design, facilitation and evaluation; career and succession planningOps Training experience in a BPO/call center setting is an advantage for this postWith working knowledge of adult learning development theoriesExperience in classroom facilitation is an advantage Experience in facilitating process improvement / OD group meetings with various levels of management groups is an advantageExperience in change management, leadership development, and succession planning is an advantage
