Duties/Responsibilities
Oversees day-to-day mall operationsHandles mall tenant relations and concernsEnsures tenant compliance with fit-out guidelines building house rulesHandles and prepares necessary documentation for issuance tenant's to operate clearancesOther related functions that may be assignedRequired Education, Experience, Knowledge Skills
Must be a licensed Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or ArchitectWith at least 4-5 experience in mall operationsExcellent oral written communication skillsStrong customer service client relations training/backgroundInnovative with good leadership instincts
