QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of B.S. Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringWith 6 month to 1 year of of working experience in the field, preferably in a similar industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible and can adapt easilyStrong leadership qualitiesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Technical Operations
1. Ensure full operations of the property’s equipment, utilities and facilities that provides comfort, safety and efficiency.
2. Ensure all are in good condition and 100% operational and its preventive maintenance
3. Establish a program or activities to implement quality assurance and performance standards in accordance to engineering services manual
4. The ability to analyze and solve engineering problems that is happening within the property
5. Landscaping maintenance & Planning
6. Auto-CAD / Drawings / Lay-out / Design of Estate Projects
II. Leadership
1. Ability to lead the team managing the Estate (Security, landscaping, housekeeping, maintenance, parking tellers etc.)
2. Drives and motivates his team to comply with all the service standards set by the company
3. Ability to establish the relationship between his team and pursue excellence, integrity, innovation and flexibility
4. Take full responsibility of all the decisions made
III. Project Management
1. Manage the implementation of estate improvements to meet the company targets and standards
2. Leads and guides team to finish everything according to the committed deadline and target
IV. Budget Management
1. Ability to monitor the expenses of the property, Create and implement necessary capital expenditure projects of the estates
2. Monitor the Profit and Loss of the Estate
V. Compliance
1. Compliance to all LGU related requirements and all the standard set by the company
VI. Communication
1. Ability to cascade and disseminate all the necessary instructions, targets and goals to the team members
2. Ensure the team’s understanding and common goal, including their specific responsibility.
