Responsibilities:
· Leads and owns the admissions and recruitment process for all programs of the School including managing correspondences, engaging and assisting leads throughout the inquiry, admission, and enrollment process.
· Participates in all recruitment-related activities of the school including attending career fairs, managing admissions events, etc.
· Collects, reviews, and files applications and documents for admissions into the School. Including contacting applicant references to verify information included on resumes, letters of recommendation, and applications.
· Works collaboratively with other departments to review applicants according to the standards of the School and the policies of the Admissions Office and all other relevant offices.
· Maintains accurate student recruitment reports and provides admissions-related insights to relevant offices.
· Functions primarily as an educational consultant who guides applicants, as well as their parents/guardians, in the process of career planning and reviewing the applicant's study options.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree(s) in Communication, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Prior experience working in Admissions preferred
· People-oriented
· Has an experience and understanding of the many diverse cultures
· Excellent planning, organization, oral and written communication skills
· Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
