Responsibilities:
· Leads the learning resources development program of the School to ensure that it is aligned with the School’s vision, mission, and strategic direction.
· Ensures the proper use of all learning resources to guarantee that these are used efficiently and are well taken care of.
· Manages the catalogueing of all the learning resources, and the updating of both offline and online catalogue systems.
· Manages the School's Learing Resource Center and ensures its smooth operations.
· Acts as point of contact for the executive members.
· Manages executive calendar and set up meetings, and accurately record minutes during executive meetings.
Qualifications:
· Candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science.
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board Exam)
· Preferably with 1-4 years working experience in Education or Library Setting
· Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
· Must be proficient in using Automated Library System.
