Need To Have:

At least 5 years experience in b2b sales/business development role preferable with proven consultative sales experience in tech (service or software)With at least 2 year experience leading a team of sales/business development executivesProven experience in closing dealsStrong experience in sales of tech and digital solutions and in building partnershipsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsProficient in Google suite, CRM (HubSpot)Can thrive in a rapid growth, ever-changing tech environmentGlobal sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

As the B2B Sales Lead, you will be working directly with the founding team for lead generation and sales execution to build pipelines and acquire new clients for the company. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing strategies to acquire new clients and closing dealsBuilding pipelines while also maximizing revenue opportunities with our existing clientsGenerating new leads through outbound & inbound strategiesManaging the team through the complete sales life cycle - from lead generation to initial contact, nurturing and relationship building through to the deal closure and post-sales careActive business development and customer acquisition through lead generation, networking, and strategic partnershipsDevelop a strong market strategy with diverse and creative revenue solutionsLeading sales pitches and solutions demonstrationsCoordinate all sales and partnership activities within the team and the companyMaintaining accurate data around opportunities, sales activities, and revenue projections in CRM (HubSpot)Mentoring, coaching, and supporting other sales people in pursuit of the overall success of the company
