•Overall in-charge of dining or kitchen area
•Ensure customer's satisfaction by promoting and observing excellent service and responds to customers' needs in a timely and professional manner
•Present various reports and other administrative requirements as needed and submits on a timely manner
•In-charge with employees’ productivity, training, performance management, attendance and discipline
•Responsible in helping the Restaurant Manager achieve the sales targets and store performance
•In-charge in the implementation of the health & safety protocols and in ensuring the health and safety of the employees.
Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
•Candidate must possess at least a College Degree or a Graduate of any Vocational Course
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong management and leadership capabilities
•Passion for working with people
•Excellent customer service skills
•Willing to relocate if needed
